Are between 18 and 75 years old

Have a confirmed diagnosis of Sjögren’s

Are Anti-Ro positive

What is The Purpose of This Clinical Study?
The purpose of this study is to evaluate an investigational medication that is looking to help reduce some Sjögren’s-related symptoms.

By enrolling in this Phase 2 trial, you may participate in a clinical study working to determine if the investigational medication is able to provide relief to symptoms in the following ways:  

- Reduced dryness in areas such as the eyes and mouth
- Decreased fatigue
- Reduced joint and muscle pain

Before joining the study, the study site will ensure you have a thorough understanding of the study objectives, procedures, potential risks, and benefits. The team at a participating research site will determine if you are eligible to participate in the study. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and make an informed decision about your participation.

Study

Once enrolled in the study, you will visit the research site once every four weeks, for up to 16 visits. Some sites offer at-home visits, please speak with the study site team about this during your initial visit.  You may also have calls with the study site team and be asked to keep a log of your symptom severity.

Yes, the investigational medication was previously tested in a Phase 1 trial for autoimmune diseases including Sjögren’s.
Is there any cost for me to participate?
No, you will not have to pay for the investigational medication, visits, or for the procedures needed for you to take part in this study. The study sponsor will pay for the costs of the investigational medication and any tests or procedures needed.
How long will my participation in the study last?
The study will take between 60 to 65 weeks based on the timing of your initial screening and final follow-up visit.
Why didn’t I qualify?
Clinical studies are designed in specific ways to test the investigational medication for safety and effectiveness. An answer you provided was outside the guidelines for participating in this study. This does not mean you will not qualify for other clinical studies.
